Dat biedt voor veel werkgevers kansen zou je  zeggen. Toch  is het bij drie van de vier Top 100 Nederlandse bedrijven  onmogelijk  om met een smartphone of tablet-PC te solliciteren. Dat  blijkt uit een  onderzoek uitgevoerd door het recruitment adviesbureau Recruit2. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De meeste grote organisaties en bemiddelingsbureaus stellen de eigen   recruitmentsite centraal in het sollicitatieproces en dat zal niet snel   veranderen in de toekomst. Uit ons onderzoek \u2018<a href=\"http:\/\/recruitingroundtable.nl\/werken-bij-de-top-100-nederlandse-bedrijven-2011\/\">Werken bij de Top 100 bedrijven van Nederland<\/a>\u2018   blijkt dat het dan vaak gaat om een verouderde (recruitment)site die   geen rekening houdt met de mobiele internetbezoeker. Bij 72% van deze   bedrijven is het zelfs onmogelijk om via een mobiel apparaat, zoals   smartphone of tablet-PC, te solliciteren.<\/p>\n<p>Gelukkig zijn er in Nederland een aantal vooruitstrevende bedrijven   die de concurrentie op een hopeloze achterstand zetten. De winnaar van   2011 voor de beste mobiele sollicitatie-ervaring is geworden: USG   Capacity met USGcapacity.nl. Een eervolle vermelding gaat naar Deloitte Nederland en Compagnon.<\/p>\n<p>Jacco Valkenburg, initiatiefnemer en  recruiter, hierover: \u201cMobiel  recruitment is duidelijk geen sluitpost en  iets dat later is toegevoegd  bij USG Capacity maar integraal onderdeel  van een gedegen en moderne  recruitmentstrategie. Zoeken naar vacatures,  open sollicitatie  mogelijkheid, reageren via email of LinkedIn, direct  bellen met de  recruiter, solliciteren via een kort web-formulier,  adressen van  vestigingen, profielen van medewerkers \u2026 het zit allemaal  verwerkt in  de mobielvriendelijke site. Daarom verdient USG Capacity het om de  eerste verkiezing van de \u2018<a href=\"http:\/\/recruitingroundtable.nl\/onderzoek-beste-mobiele-sollicitatie-ervaring-van-2011\/\">Beste mobiele sollicitatie-ervaring<\/a>\u2019 te winnen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meer informatie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het onderzoek is een initiatief van Recruit2 en Jacco Valkenburg,  uitgevoerd in oktober 2011 onder de Top 100  Nederlandse bedrijven en  aangevuld met inzendingen en nominaties van  organisaties en  bemiddelingsbureaus.
