Simpelweg om niet het contact te verliezen met de klant of kandidaat. Informatie die bedrijven delen op het WWW moet immers (beter) geschikt gemaakt worden voor de bezoeker die gebruik maakt van mobiele devices, zoals smartphones, en hier andere eisen aan stelt. Voor arbeidsmarktcommunicatiedoeleinden is het tevens belangrijk om de sollicitant keuzes te  bieden in de manieren om met  je organisatie te interageren en te  zorgen voor een positieve ervaring en  dienstverlening. Het wordt interessant om deze ontwikkelingen te volgen waarin we zelf weer een bijdrage zullen doen met de uitverkiezing van de &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/recruitingroundtable.nl\/winnaar-%e2%80%98beste-mobiele-sollicitatie-ervaring-2011%e2%80%99-usg-capacity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Beste Mobiele Recruitmentsite<\/a>&#8216;.<\/p>\n<p>Nieuwsgierig wat we hier zelf aan doen? Nou, heel veel eigenlijk. Omdat we overtuigd zijn van de kracht en eenvoud van mobiele apps bieden we alle informatie van onze blogs en Recruit2 websites al sinds begin 2010 aan via iPhone, Android en WP7 Applicaties (en voor onze klanten!). Onze blogs zijn al lange tijd geoptimaliseerd voor smartphones en tablets. En met goede reden want <a href=\"http:\/\/recruitingroundtable.nl\/2011\/05\/03\/wow-nu-al-1-op-5-bezoekers-via-een-mobiel-apparaat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ruim 1 op de 5<\/a> leest de artikelen langs deze weg. De website van Recruit2 is, en daar zijn we besttrots op, als een van de eersten in onze branche in <a href=\"https:\/\/recruit2.com\/nl\/nieuws\/lancering-van-de-eerste-html5-recruitment-website-ter-wereld\/\">HTML5 gebouwd<\/a> en daarmee geheel futureproof.<\/p>\n<p>Wat je mogelijk nog niet wist is dat Recruit2.nl een speciale (mobile enabled) landingspagina heeft voor smartphones. Een iPhone gebruiker bijvoorbeeld krijgt eerst <a href=\"https:\/\/recruit2.com\/m\/index.php\">deze mobiele pagina<\/a> (zie ook onderstaande afbeelding) te zien waar vervolgens de optie wordt gegeven om direct een App te downloaden, die automatisch linkt naar Apple iTunes Store, of de normale website te bekijken. Bovendien hebben we solliciteren heel makkelijk gemaakt door het mogelijk te maken met je LinkedIn profiel te reageren met slechts \u00e9\u00e9n druk op de knop! Automatisch, snel en eenvoudig zoals het hoort.<\/p>\n<p>Hoe ziet jouw\u00a0website er uit op een smartphone? Check ook of jouw website geschikt is voor smartphones via GoMo van Google en aarzel niet om contact met ons op te nemen voor tips en advies op dit gebied!
