Ik heb drie van deze onderzoeksrapporten hier op een rijtje gezet.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Volgens het Nederlandse onderzoeksbureau Intelligence Group vinden Nederlandse kandidaten de volgende top 10 belangrijk.<\/p>\n<h2>Top 10 eisen van een recruitmentsite in Nederland<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Arbeidsvoorwaarden en salaris (belangrijk volgens 49% kandidaten)<\/li>\n<li>Bedrijfsinformatie (41%)<\/li>\n<li>Locatie\/standplaats van de functie (39%)<\/li>\n<li>Sfeerimpressie (33%)<\/li>\n<li>Opleidings-\/ontwikkelmogelijkheden (32%)<\/li>\n<li>Contactgegevens (31%)<\/li>\n<li>Sollicitatieprocedure (28%)<\/li>\n<li>Online kunnen solliciteren (27%)<\/li>\n<li>Toegankelijkheid\/zoekgemak (26%)<\/li>\n<li>Mogelijkheid om op de hoogte gehouden te worden van nieuwe vacatures (18%).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Potential Park is een wereldwijd onderzoeksbureau, met name gericht op studenten, dat met de volgende top 15 prioriteiten komt als je een recruitmentsite voor de EU-arbeidsmarkt inricht.<\/p>\n<h2>Top 15 eisen van recruitmentsites in EU<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Specificatie van het soort kandidaten dat het bedrijf zoekt<\/li>\n<li>Beschikbaarheid van vacatures<\/li>\n<li>Specifieke informatie over de mogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf<\/li>\n<li>Mogelijkheid tot solliciteren via e-mail<\/li>\n<li>Informatie over persoonlijke ontwikkeling<\/li>\n<li>Contactgegevens van de recruiter of manager<\/li>\n<li>Directe link naar carri\u00e8resite op de homepage van het bedrijf<\/li>\n<li>Bedrijfsinformatie in het kort (feiten &amp; cijfers)<\/li>\n<li>Mogelijkheid om vacatures op meerdere criteria te filteren<\/li>\n<li>Mogelijkheid om sollicitatie-status te volgen<\/li>\n<li>Mogelijkheid om sollicitatie te bewaren bij het invullen van het online sollicitatieformulier (om op een later moment het af te ronden)<\/li>\n<li>Informatie over het wervings- en selectieproces<\/li>\n<li>Beschrijving van de loopbaanontwikkeling<\/li>\n<li>Beschrijving van een typische werkdag (van de functie)<\/li>\n<li>Informatie over de sollicitatie<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Verschillende doelgroepen zoeken verschillende informatie<\/h2>\n<p>Elke doelgroep is anders. Zonder elementaire functies zoals vacatures, contactgegevens van het recruitmentteam en algemene informatie over de organisatie, alsook een kandidaat-vriendelijke aanpak zullen mogelijke kandidaten een website negatief vergelijken met anderen en hierdoor minder geneigd zijn om te solliciteren naar een functie bij dat bedrijf.
