Wie is hot voor de headhunter?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Intermediair.nl is gestart met een reeks van artikelen waarin een expertpanel van recruiters en headhunters gevraagd worden naar hun mening over een bepaald onderwerp.\u00a0Het onderwerp van de tweede aflevering gaat over de vraag welke sectoren en persoonlijkheidsprofielen in trek zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Lees mijn mening en die van andere collega&#8217;s in het online artikel &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.intermediair.nl\/carriere\/een-baan-vinden\/branches\/wie-hot-voor-de-headhunter-8-veelgevraagde-kandidaten\" target=\"_blank\">Wie is hot voor de headhunter?<\/a>&#8216;.<\/p>\n<p>VRAGEN:<\/p>\n<p><b>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b><b>Welke sectoren zijn momenteel booming?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Volgens onderzoek van Berenschot* hebben met name organisaties in de HR-dienstverlening, Gezondheidssector, Industrie en ICT- dienstverlening moeite om personeel te werven. Dit in tegenstelling tot de sectoren Welzijn, Maatschappelijke dienstverlening en overheid.<\/p>\n<p>Top 3 moeilijk vervulbare vacatures:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>ICT-er in de sector ICT-dienstverlening<\/li>\n<li>Technici\/onderhoudspersoneel in de sector industrie<\/li>\n<li>Productiepersoneel in de sector landbouw en visserij<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Wereldwijd zijn vaklui, technici, verkopers en ICT\u2019ers (volgens Manpower Group**).<\/p>\n<p>Ook uit eigen ervaring, als bemiddelaar van recruiters, zijn dat de functiegebieden die de grootste wervingsproblemen kennen op dit moment.<\/p>\n<p><b>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b><b>Welke persoonlijkheidsprofielen zijn in trek?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Op informatietechnologie-gebied zijn dat specialisten die opereren op het gebied van business en IT. Dit type projecten vraagt uitzonderlijke probleemoplossende vaardigheden, en iemand die zelfverzekerd, nauwkeurig, en uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden heeft om besluiten te nemen.<\/p>\n<p><b>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b><b>Zitten bepaalde persoonlijkheidstypes in de lift?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In vakgebieden die zeer sterk in opkomst zijn, zoals mobiele applicaties en internetoplossingen, zijn specialismen als iOS en Android ontwikkelaars zeer schaars en ervaring hierin is erg gewild. Maar hier gaat het ten eerste om de kennis en in mindere mate om de persoonlijkheid.<\/p>\n<p><b>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b><b>Hoe zou je in het algemeen de perfecte kandidaat omschrijven?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>De wereld verandert razendsnel en datzelfde geldt voor organisaties. De nieuwe medewerker is zeer klantgericht, durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, kan veranderingen doorvoeren, is enthousiast en heeft echt passie voor zijn vak.
