Die topadvocaten in de dop moeten verleid worden, want zij hebben hun eerste werkgever voor het uitkiezen. Een van de \u2018lokkertjes\u2019 is een mooie recruitmentsite. Het Advocatenblad vroeg 3 recruiters daar kritisch naar te kijken.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Jacco Valkenburg: &#8216;Ik zie vooral statische websites&#8217;<\/h2>\n<p>De manier waarop advocaten hun werken bij-sites aanbieden is erg belangrijk. Er valt veel te verbeteren aan de vindbaarheid, mobiel gebruik en interactie-mogelijkheden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zijn ze goed vindbaar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voordat ik de wervingssites van de advocatenkantoren bekeek, heb ik eerst hun webadressen, de URL\u2019s bestudeerd. De meeste kantoren gebruiken aparte URL\u2019s voor hun wervingssites, zoals www.werkenbijstibbe.nl en vele anderen. Zo\u2019n prettig leesbare URL is op zich prima maar als het tevens een aparte website is lift het niet mee op de corporate site. Dat betekent dat vacatures mogelijk minder hoog zullen scoren in de zoekresultaten dan concurrenten, zoals Trip. Zonde, want je wil hoog in de zoekresultaten van Google komen als iemand zoekt naar een vacature als advocaat-stagiair. CMS is een voorbeeld van een groot kantoor dat hun werken bij-site op een subdomein heeft staan; werkenbij.cms-dsb.com. Loyens en Loeff gebruikt \u2018Academy\u2019 in de URL in plaats van \u2018werken bij\u2019, en dat is een trefwoord die mensen niet zullen gebruiken bij het zoeken. Dat geldt ook voor \u2018Ontdek Clifford Chance\u2019, maar hun webadres linkt gelijk door naar de corporate site waardoor deze wel apart in de Google zoekresultaten is opgenomen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zijn de sites mobiel?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wat ik belangrijk vind, is de bruikbaarheid van een site op mobiel. Dat check ik altijd, want vijftig procent of meer van de sitebezoeken is mobiel, zeker onder jongeren. Minstens de helft van de bezochte sites heeft achterstallig onderhoud wat betreft mobiel gebruik. Bij een vacature in de mail, klik je via je smartphone direct op de link. Als die uitkomt op een niet-mobiele site, is dat einde verhaal. Zorg vervolgens dat iemand mobiel kan reageren, of solliciteren door in de vacature een koppeling met LinkedIn te maken. Dat gebeurt heel goed op www.werkenbijdebrauw.nl, waar je kunt kiezen tussen het uploaden van je cv of solliciteren met je LinkedIn profiel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hoe zorg je voor interactie?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De interactie-mogelijkheden vielen me nogal tegen. Eigenlijk zijn al deze sites vooral statische websites, met alleen maar eenrichtingsverkeer. De kans om iets terug te zeggen krijg je als zoekende starter zelden. Ik zou de advocatenkantoren adviseren om daarvoor nog meer gebruik te maken van Facebook. Daar kun je makkelijk met foto\u2019s en video\u2019s werken die echt een inkijkje in het kantoor geven.
