Je weet dat een selecteur vragen gaat stellen over je motivatie en waarom jij de beste persoon bent om hen te helpen met hun probleem, de achterliggende reden van de vacature, dus kom goed voorbereid op gesprek. Een sollicitatiegesprek is ervoor bedoeld dat beide partijen zoveel mogelijk informatie uitwisselen opdat beiden een goede afweging kunnen maken of men succesvol zal zijn in de baan. Dat vereist een proactieve en onderzoekende houding van sollicitanten.<\/p>\n<h2>Als je \u00e9\u00e9n tip mocht geven aan een kandidaat, welke zou het dan zijn?<\/h2>\n<p>Maak gebruik van je netwerk om meer kennis ter vergaren over de functie, team, organisatie of branche waar je solliciteert zodat je optimaal voorbereid aan een gesprek begint.
