In de samenstelling van de vraag neemt het de behoefte naar consultants re\u00efntegratie (+88%), loopbaanadviseurs (+55%) en ondersteunende hands-on HR-beroepen toe, terwijl de vraag naar HR-managers en HR-adviseurs krimpt. Binnen de recruitment groeit de vraag naar HBO-recruiters en recruiters gespecialiseerd in lager opgeleiden en non-profit.<\/p>\n<h2>Meer recruiters voor non profit en werving lager opgeleiden<\/h2>\n<p>Uit analyses over het tweede kwartaal bleek dat de vraag naar ICT\u2019ers al aan het afnemen was. Dit wordt nu bevestigd met een krimpende vraag naar IT-recruiters (-33%). Tegelijkertijd neemt de vraag naar gespecialiseerde recruiters toe in de belangrijkste groeisegmenten op de arbeidsmarkt zoals bouw, logistiek, flexpool, hospitality, onderwijs, zorg en ziekenhuizen. Ten opzichte van een jaar geleden lijkt het erop dat de collectieve sector bezig is met een inhaalslag, wat onherroepelijk zal leiden tot verdere krapte in bepaalde deelsegmenten van de arbeidsmarkt.<\/p>\n<p>Opvallend is verder dat met name de vraag naar recruiters stijgt met een hbo-opleiding (+23% ten opzichte van een jaar geleden). De vraag naar wo-recruiters is met 13% gedaald en die naar mbo-recruiters zelfs met 37%.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/recruit2.com\/nl\/vacatures\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3488\" src=\"https:\/\/recruit2.com\/nl\/files\/2016\/10\/Ontwikkeling-vacatures-recruiters-per-kwartaal.png\" alt=\"ontwikkeling-vacatures-recruiters-per-kwartaal\" width=\"600\" height=\"306\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bron: Jobfeed.nl, bewerking Intelligence Group<\/p>\n<h2>Stevige groei in de P&amp;O beroepen die geautomatiseerd gaan worden<\/h2>\n<p>Inzoomend op de grootste clusters beroepen binnen de P&amp;O en recruitmentmarkt, valt op dat de sterkste groei zit bij de loopbaanadviseurs (+55%) en consultants re\u00efntegratie (+88%). Een mogelijk gevolg van de grote reorganisaties die in het tweede en derde kwartaal zijn aangekondigd binnen het Nederlandse bedrijfsleven. Opvallend is verder ook dat P&amp;O beroepen die gevoelig zijn voor automatisering en robotisering juist wel doorgroeien, zoals de administratief medewerker en HR medewerker en medewerker personeelszaken. Minder vraag is er naar de HR Manager en HR Adviseurs. De vraag naar de consultant werk en inkomen daalt al twee jaar op rij.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3487\"
