En marktconform salaris: betekent dat niet gewoon dat het loon dat bij de functie hoort niet bepaald iets is om over naar huis te schrijven?<\/p>\n<p>Dat klopt, zegt recruitmentexpert Jacco Valkenburg, schrijver van meerdere boeken over het onderwerp. &#8220;Bij een bedrijf dat een marktconform salaris biedt, kun je geen grote salarissprong verwachten. Eerder een bedrijf dat het onderste uit de kan wil.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bedrijven zouden er volgens Valkenburg beter aan doen gewoon een indicatie van het salaris te geven. &#8220;Als je een huis koopt, wil je ook weten wat het kost.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Passie voor bodemverontreiniging&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Valkenburg vindt dat bedrijven over het algemeen te weinig aandacht besteden aan het schrijven van vacatureteksten. Daardoor komen ze allemaal met dezelfde clich\u00e9s op de proppen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Er wordt te weinig nagedacht over wie een bedrijf nu eigenlijk precies in huis wil halen. Een ander probleem is dat bedrijven vaak een bibliotheek van vage functieprofielen hebben, die ze steeds opnieuw gebruiken&#8221;, stelt Valkenburg. Zo val je als bedrijf bovendien niet op, wat niet handig is in de huidige krappe arbeidsmarkt.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4021\" src=\"https:\/\/recruit2.com\/nl\/files\/2019\/02\/Vacaturecliche\u0301s-1024x471.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"230\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Recruiters moeten zo concreet mogelijk zijn<\/h3>\n<p>Bedrijven zijn zich te weinig bewust van het effect van een goede vacaturetekst. Als je als bedrijf te vaag blijft en geen keuzes maakt, krijg je niet alleen minder goede sollicitaties binnen, maar ook minder veel, zo is uit onderzoek gebleken.<\/p>\n<p>Recruiters moeten dan ook zo concreet mogelijk zijn. &#8220;Een term als &#8216;flexibel&#8217;, wat bedoel je daar bijvoorbeeld mee?
