Temporary recruitment assignment to ensure a continuous flow of highly qualified and motivated resources by implementing an effective recruitment strategy to support the business plans and objectives.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Managing and coaching of recruitment team (2 reports).
- Advise HR and business management on recruiting tactics and processes.
- Implemented new policy for the use of recruitment agencies.
- Revised labour market communication and online advertising strategy.
- Responsible for the full recruiting cycle of senior level and high priority positions.
- Actively sourcing candidates, permanent and temporary, utilizing all available resources including networking, jobmarketing, direct search and agencies.
